Resep Membuat Cimol Goang

Cimol Goang kering

Bahan-bahan

  1. 5 sdm full tapioka/kanji/aci
  2. 2 sdm terigu
  3. 1/4 sdt garam
  4. 1/2 sdt royco
  5. 3/4 Gelas air mendidih
  6. Bumbu Goang :
  7. 1 siung bawang putih
  8. 2 siung bawang merah
  9. 6 buah cabe rawit/sesuai selera
  10. 4 buah cabe keriting/sesuai selera
  11. 2 ruas kecil kencur
  12. secukupnya Gula, garam, penyedap

Langkah

  1. 💟 tempatkan kanji, terigu, garam dan royco ke dalam wadah, tuang air mendidih sedikit demi sedikit, hentikan penggunaan air jika sudah kalis dan bisa di bentuk,  
  2. 💟 bentuk bulat, goreng ke dalam minyak yang masih dingin (bukan minyak panas), goreng dengan api kecil, angkat dan sisihkan  
  3. 💟 haluskan bumbu goang, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, beri sedikit saja air, bumbui dengan gula garam dan penyedap, jika rasa sudah pas masukan cimol yg sudah di goreng, aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan ☺

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
